The transmissions used to have a governor and either a kick down cable or a vacuum diaphragm that controlled the shifting. The newer cars like yours are controlled by the throttle position sensor. When you put the new TPS sensor in did you adjust it before you tightened it down? It has to put out .5 volts +/- .03 when the throttle is completely closed. Also as you slowly apply the gas the voltage should travel from .5 to 5 volts gradually. It doesn't necessarily have to reach 5 it may only reach 4.7 and when you release it, it should go back down to .5. Does it do this and why did you replace the TPS and all 3 coils in the first place?
