Lights come on dash but car won't crank

I have a 99 firebird the lights on the dash will come
on battery reads 12- 13 amps and when I turn the
key nothing happens it wont even crank I checked
all the connections and nothing seems to be bad
and I just had it running last night

Check the connections at the starter. You may want to remove the starter and have it tested.

Its a manual and I'm thinking it is the clutch safety switch
