I t can be done but i Hope you have good metal fab skills and an engineering degree the engine mounts will need to be changed over for the 5.0 TBI not to mention the pain of reworking the entire bay to accomdate the radiator from the 5.0 and again would ask why go OBD 1 vs OBD 2?? Makes no sense but yea anyrhing can be done with enough time and money just hope you have 30+ years auto mechanics experience hope this helps
