Low coolant, stopped up heater core or faulty/broke blend door or blend door actuator. Check coolant level. If ok then feel the hoses going the the heater core. Are both hot? If so then it's a blend door issue. Is one hot and the other cold or Luke warm? If so heater core is stopped up. Are both cold or Luke? If so cooling system issue. Low coolant, bad thermostat or faulty water pump.
