Oil leaks

Where could oil be coming from on the back of the
motor it's above the oil pan but it's a steady drip
while it is running.

Rear main seal, back of the valve cover, oil sensor or oil sending unit, or distributor shaft o ring. (the dummy shaft that drives oil pump.) The o ring gets brittle and lets oil leak through.
