how to synchronize the headlight motors?

just replaced the right headlight motor and now they work opposite of each
other

It could be your power harness is connected backwards making it power up oppositely then the other one or could be the position of the crank on the motor check to see how the bracket and motor attached on the other one that's going up normal and compare it to yours it could be backwards?
