Engine size difference

Can I fit a  2006 PONTIAC G6 V6 SEDAN cylinder
head on my 2003 Pontiac aztek?

I don't know. The Aztek has a well-known, widely used GM 3.4 engine. If that's what they put in your G6, it is likely to work. Lots of other GM cars have parts that can be used here and there on Azteks.
