I need some advice

I have recently replaced the chip on a 2005
Pontiac vibe.  Now I have to kick the glove box to
hopefully get the fan to move?. What do I need to
do

By "chip" do you mean the blower motor resistor? Like Auto_Centric suggested, check your wiring harness connection.
