How do I negotiate the price when I am ordering a new car?

Compare prices online for the same make and model with trim options and get quotes from more than one dealer. Getting a deal today is tough with the demand for vehicles so high.

Offer a few thousand less than sticker price. I would do my research online at sites like TrueCar.
