What’s the biggest gas tank you can put on a
2005 Pontiac sunfire? It’s a 14 gallon right

Keep your original tank and don't try to fit in a bigger one. Besides the obvious fit issues you will also need to think about where the filler neck comes in and what fuel pump to use. It may also mess up your fuel gauge reading.
