Pressing accelerator looses power

On my aztec just replaced
fuel filter and its still
loosing power when i step
on accelerator especially
when i drove uphill. Id have
to feather the gas pedal to
keep it going and sam3
when i start to go from
being stopoed or trying to
pass the more id press
down hard on the
accelerator it looses power.
