My car has done this when there was an issue with the key, that it wasn't sending the right signal to the car, could it be anything like that?

I have a 2009 Pontiac G6 and I have had nothing but trouble just like you. I HATE this car too. No one ever knows how to fix it. I have had 3 or 4 people work on it and they never get it fixed. Just keep spending money on a piece of junk!
