If I choose to list my car for sale on CarGurus with the "Sell My Car" tool, does CarGurus provide me a Bill of Sale form for my particular state?

I've sold a car on cars.com in the past and they provided a Bill of Sale form to
download as part of their sell package.  Does CarGurus provide the same
form or do I need to obtain it on my own?

http://www.dmv.org/bill-of-sale-form.php - scroll down to the Bill of Sale forms offered for free by various state's motor vehicle departments that require them. (ignore the form being offered for sale). The states the don't require them you can use any old form, or just make up one in any text editor or even hand write it.
