1990 ford e350 looses power when going over 50.mph.

C Class RV.....loose gas power over
50mph..does not stop running  or shut of. It
just won't go over 50.  What to do??

To me, this sounds like an exhaust restriction, like a clogged catalytic converter. I'm guessing the CEL comes on too, as the O2 sensor is having fits.
