Yes this one will still have the high pressure pump and the fuel filter in the frame rail on the drivers side. There will also be a lift pump in the fuel tank. Ford no longer has these so your stuck with aftermarket units. Remember to replace the fuel pump relay when replacing the fuel pumps. Another Ford failure is the inertia switch connector, check it and see if it has burned up.
