removing lumbar adjment knob

On the right side of driver seat is a round knob, turning adjusts the lumbar in the back of the seat.

HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE KNOB, TO REPLACE SEAT COVERS ??

It looks that way, but I have pulled hard and its not coming off !!!! Thanks

I went to the Seatshop.com, they a video for a F250. its located different but it shows removing it. Take some effort and tools to pull off
