just changed coolant/temp sensor on ford e 350 super duty van 5.4 to pass smog, now temp gauge hasnt moved but the overflow tank for radiator was boiling

cold on gauge but overflow reservoir been boiling

Check the coolant level when the engine is cool and purge all the air out of the system. Youtube for how-to videos.
