No turn signals

I have a 2002 Ford E250 cargo van. 5.4. I have no
turn signals at all. Although when I press the brake
I can move the turn signal switch very slowly until
it hits a spot where the signal will light but it does
not Flash. But no break no light. I've already
changed the relay to the left of the brake pedal and
the entire switch on the steering column. I'm
completely stuck. Can someone please help

I have the same issue and since i dont have the owners manual idk which one is for the turn signals and when trying to look it up it shows me crap im not looking for
