1998 plymouth voyager 3.0 no start,

There is no ground to starter relay and no ground to fuel pump relay, Does
anybody have an idea what could it be,

what about the ground to the ignition relay? The car just doesn't start alone on turning the key and depending on starter and crankshaft position sensor to do it's thing.....hope that helps
