Wrench lights on dashboard

My 2006 Ford E350 van had a check engine then
now I have the wrench on but it’s now gone after I
turn off and on the engine, what is this mean to it
though?

do a search or check owners manual probably just a maintenance thing , scan for codes

On my 2002 Ford E2 50 service light comes on eyes lean five I change most everything already and it still comes on after 23 days
