accelerator flutter

when  trying to accelorate feels like no power and engine lite comes on flashing
as soon as you release throttle lite stops flashing and goes off

Flashing engine light means severe Misfiring try not to drive it to far destructs the catalytic converter quickly. Wow P03** codes.
