What would be a fair price on a 2007 Ford E-350 van that has 10 Captains chairs, AM/FM/ CD, tint, 87000 miles? Just don't want to get ripped off

The add on's just don't add that much value as far as the bank's are concerned. What extra value it is to you is the value that you should add. Btw gas or diesel?
