drove to work after work it wouldnt start took to dealer it starts an dies its a 4.6 5 speed

Hi salvagegal, Try checking/replacing the ignition switch (used to start the car). I've heard several reports of different Ford models with this problem. It seems that the switch has a problem with grounding and shutting off the vehicle. Good luck!
