1998 Oldsmobile intrigue had dead battery jump started car ran for 15 min battary wont hold charge AAA replaced battery car turn over but wont start.. any thoughts

told car has safety/security feature yellow lite on dash security is lite AAA tech tried turning key to on waited 10 mins then tried to start car just turns over will not start

try hitting on fuel tank under car with a rubber mallett or something equivellant while someone else tries starting it. if your fuel pump is bad, car should start while you hit it. dont hit it with all possible force, do it firmly but not like hitting a baseball with a bat.
