Car won't start turns over but won't fire

Could it be my fuel filter

could be fuel filter but most likely fuel pump relay or fuel pump. Tray starter fluid in the throttle body while you start it and see if it starts up and runs as long as starter fluid is sprayed in and dies when you stop spraying.
