Hard to start….need to give it gas….when it dose start idle is ok let it warm up

put it drive and car wants to shut off motor shakes I give it gas and it corrects I

let go off gas step on brake pedal at a stop car wants to shut off have to

feather the gas to keep it running…..please help…..thanks guys

How often do you drive the car? How old is the fuel? When was the carburetor last rebuilt or replaced?
