Visually do some checking. Place all the dash controls in the proper position for cold AC. Turn the blower to max speed. Is it blowing out of the vents? Now open the hood with the engine running and check if the clutch on the front of the compressor is turning. If not, could be an electrical problem or a bad compressor.

Also, check the freon and make sure it is correct pressure. Aside from that, could be a bad dryer also.
