Just going to have to jack the front end up to check it. Start by checking for play in the front wheels, pulling back and forth from top to bottom. If there is any play it would be a wheel bearing or bad ball joint. Check side to side watching the tie rod ends looking for play. Check the front axle for torn boots, grease would be coming out. That would then be a bad cv-joint. Make sure the wheel spin freely, check for a frozen up brake caliper.
