can the engine from a 1999 altima be installed in a 1994 altima?

i need an engine for my 94 altima but I can only find a 99 altima engine. Will this work? be compatible?

You would have to change way more engine components than it's worth. I would say no, its not compatible.

I have a 2000 nissan Altima bad engine, I also have a 1995 nissan Altima,good engine, will the 1995 fit into the 2000?
