Timing belt broke as I was driving on highway
put new belt on now won't start

I might change out the ecm relay. But that is a long shot guess. That is an older vehicle, no reason why it woldn't work. There should be plenty in an area junk yard. Research the part, find out where it is, go from ther

Timing belt or serpentine belt? If it was the timing belt, the 3.0L engine is an interference engine. I suspect you have some internal engine damage. If you want to keep the vehicle, you will be rebuilding and or replacing the engine. If it was the serpentine belt, then check to see what the belt hit. Usually when a belt lets go other parts are damaged. Check electrical connections and wires.
