Ignition problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed my ignition switch and now everything is
dead inside the car...no idiot lights ,no wipers , and
security light is blinking ...have tried everything
from locking door disconnecting battery to
removing horn fuse and reconnecting
battery..nothing...it is a 95 nissan maxima

Ok...underneath the hood on the left side close to the battery is a fuseable link...ignition ,swapped it with power window ...it worked! !!
