Why would my 1995 Nissan Altima act like it's out
a gas when gets to 1/4 take and lose power in

A few thing to consider: a bad throttle body assembly, a bad throttle body sensor, check your fuel pressure. I would also have the car scanned to see if there are any possible codes that are stored !
