No power

I have a 95 Nissan Altima 5
speed. The car runs I have head
lights but nothing from the dash
back works ...what can it be

Note the diagram for rear lamps, stop and tail. The top wires to lamps, are voltage, the bottom black wire is ground. Does the hi mount stop lamp work? If it does, the problem isn't voltage as far as fuse or stop switch. You can use test light to check for voltage and ground. I don't know what testing you've done? The ground is chassis ground. If you thought ground was a problem, you could run a redundant ground to see if lamps will work?

No I have no power at all when the car is running no windows,locks,air. If I put the key all the way in it will not turn I have to pull it out some
