electrical wiring for the turn signals

the right turn signal flahes very fast and the turn signals are on the wrong sides

Fast flashing usually indicates the bulbs about to go out or if it was replaced with an led bulb without a load equalizer you get rapid flash which really isn't an issue at least imo as far as turn signals on wrong side.??? Kinda confused what you mean can you elaborate a little more.??
