1995 Nissan Altima sometimes I hit a bump in the road the car shuts but starts right up what could be the problem

Check all battery connections. A loose connection can cause this. Also check frame and motor negative battery connections. If all that looks good then might try to make it happen while its in park. With care idling and in park carefully jiggle and wiggle wire harnesses on the engine. If car goes dead when you move one then check that harness for loose connections or frayed wires.
