I have a 1995 Nissan Altima gxe the oil light blinks on and off while driving its always fuel of oil and I replaced the oil pressure swith what else could be the problem

You replaced the oil pressure SENSOR? Assuming thats working, and oil level is good...maybe your engine just isnt creating enough pressure. Worn out pump, stuck relief valve, etc. GET THE OIL PRESSURE TESTED IMMEDIATELY.
