I have a headlight lit in my 1995 300zx,what does
that mean.

Are you saying the headlights are on when the switch is turned off? Okay, that might mean the headlight relay is stuck on. And if only one headlight is on at any time, means the other one is burned out.

No the lights or off when the switch is off,but the dash show a lamp lit.Here is a picture when the lights is off
