Head lights

I know I probably did this backwards but my parking lights are working but my head lights aren't, I was forced to drive like that last night and they ended up turning on is that a grounding issue or a fuse? The bulbs have to be good my brights ended up turning on

if your dimmer high beam switch is a button on the floor lift the carpet take the mounting screws out and check it on the underside and the wires going in .

the head lights on this car are not fused in a fuse box but rather a fusible link wire attached to the starter solenoid
