how to align a distributer on a 3.0 96 Nissan quest

Find the timing marks on the crank pulley, rotate the engine to top dead center of #1 cylinder, pull #1 plug out put hose in hole rotate engine when you hear air coming out that is compression stroke, rotate to top dead center now you are ready to install distributor. Find the #1 plug hole on distributor cap this is where the rotor will point when installed correctly
