LIftgate opening by itself on 2020 Edge Titanium?

while driving my 2020 Ford Edge into my garage the liftgate opened up while in
forward motion striking the header and doorway before I came to a stop.
We've experienced the liftgate closing unexpectedly while loading groceries
too, but Ford is unable to fix the problem. Has anyone else experienced their
liftgate opening up while in forward motion?
