Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After replacing battery, engine turned over but would not start. No fuel pressure. Checked fuel pump relays, not getting enough ground to engage. checked all ground point in trunk and ECU ground. Is this a security problem? Immobilizer? My manual does not show location of immobilizer. Help! Would appreciate any thoughts.

The engine will start if starter fluid is sprayed into the air intake, So it is not an electrical issue. The XJR has a negative ground. Thanks for you thoughts.
