Tucson cargo barrier

I'm getting a Tucson as a work car and have been told I have to have the cargo
barrier installed.  Does anyone know if I can still recline the back seats for the
kids?

This sounds like a question for the dealership. I've had barriers for various vehicles, and some you could adjust seats, and some you couldn't adjust at all.
