Overheating still

We have a 2003 Honda civic hybrid and it was
running hot so we changed the thermostat but it
still is blowing warm air and it still running hot why

Did you burp the air from the system after you changed the thermostat? You could have a bad radiator cap, your fans are not coming on when you reach temperature. The passes in the radiator may be clogged and may need to be cored. The outside fins on the radiator are dirty and may need to be flushed with water and soap. Your water pump may not be workin.....
