How do I negatively rate Huntington Beach ford for the lack of service they provided?

I cannot rate Lithia Ford in Anchorage AK low enough to reflect my experience since they took possession of Cal Worthington Ford after Cal's death. The customer service went from exemplary to atrocious. They seem to share many dealerships distaste for the C Max Hybrid. They refuse to learn how to service this car.
