Mechanic think the stock alarm sensor may be the problem. how do we
disconnect stock alarm sensor??

So did the mechanic throw a distributor at it to make it work? I would find a competent Nissan technician to diagnose the problem. All factory anti theft systems are complex and need the correct tools for diagnostics. There is no one sensor. And I doubt this is the problem. Please have it towed to a Certified Nissan shop.
