I have a 2000 nissian xterra. The water pump is leaking and causing it to over heat. We have everything torn apart but can't get the crank bolt out. How can you get it out? That's the only thing wrong

Use something to hold crankshaft pulley (chain wrench) and use a cheater bar (piece of pipe) to get the leverage you need on the bolt.

The pros use an impact wrench. If you have a manual transmission, put the car in gear and engage the emergency brake. Make sure you are turning the bolt the correct direction!
