Check the fuel pressure. and scan it for codes, some discount auto stores loan(with deposit) or check for codes with no fee, is the check engine light on?

Yes and it has something to do with the fuel pressure because I changed the regulator but it still does work but then put a pinch on the injection pressuredampener line which is attached to the fuel rail and when I did that the car stay running so maybe it's pushing too much fuel to the fuel rail and it's flooding out the engine

Sounds like the fuel pump is bad pressure to low. Not flooding out starving for fuel.
