I have a 2000 Nissan maxima 3.0l with headers I want to add a turbo system will the headers be a problem?

This is my advise: don't do it. You have the wrong car do do a mod like that, adding a turbo on a V6 engine requires lots of things that will not worth the investment and effort to make it right. The best cars to play with a turbocharger kit are the 4 cylinders, trust me, I have over 35 years of experience from the time when fuel injection was very rare on cars.
