Mazda 2019 CX-5 Infotainment Issue

Question type: General

When playing music often automatically the volume has a maps icon and
plays very softly through only the front passengers speaker.

Then i have to unplug my iphone a few times and turn my car off to get it to
switch back to playing through all the speakers with the music icon back as it
should be.

Any assistance to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have already contacted my dealer and he is following up with Mazda South Africa as he has not experienced this issue before. However, I was hoping that possibly someone on this forum has experienced a similar issue and found a solution.
