Brake lights

Asked by GuruVYZRB Aug 07, 2018 at 11:11 PM about the 2000 Nissan Frontier 2 Dr XE Extended Cab SB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought a brand new brake light switch and placed
it in the slot and inserted the switch. The brake
lights come on, but stay on after I turn out the
lights.

Is there any adjustment for it? If not it may be faulty, remove it but leave it plugged in (If possible) and see if they go back out, it may even just be getting stuck for some reason
